Who we are

Clarity, strategy, and a career worth the work.

The work

The work we do, and why we do it.

Most career advice trades in one of two currencies: motivation, or tactics. Neither is enough. A woman building a serious career needs clarity about her starting point, strategy that fits the system she is actually inside, and the steady authority to execute over time.

That is the work we do.

Visible Strengths Co. is a career facilitation, coaching, and training organisation. We exist for ambitious women in corporate environments, and for the companies, colleges, and communities investing in them. We are an organisation with a defined methodology, a team of practitioners, and a clear account of the problem we exist to solve.

What we believe

The workplace was not designed with women in mind.

The networks that move careers were formed before most women arrived. Sponsorship still flows most easily to people who remind decision-makers of themselves. A woman can do excellent work for years, remain overlooked, and quietly conclude the problem is her. None of this is a personal failing, and naming it plainly matters.

But naming it is where most advice stops. It hands women a feeling of vindication and sends them back into the same week unchanged.

We go one step further, because that step is the one that changes things. Alongside an honest account of what is stacked against a woman, we give her a clear, practical account of what is still hers to move. How to read the season she is in. Where her real strengths sit, and whether the right people can see them. Whether the work she is doing is the work that earns promotion, or simply the work that keeps her busy.

Clarity, not comfort. Strategy, not slogans.

This is the discipline of our work. An honest map of the system, and a clear plan for a woman's place within it.

The four Ps

A career that holds together on four fronts at once.

Most career advice optimises one and quietly sacrifices the others. We hold all four.

Purposeful.

Work that connects to something a woman actually values, not just a title she was told to want.

Profitable.

Fair, rising reward for the value she creates, and the confidence to claim it.

Progressive.

Real movement. A career going somewhere by design rather than by hope.

Peaceful.

Ambition without corrosion. Progress that does not cost a woman her health, her relationships, or herself.

Visible Strengths Co. operates as a social enterprise, so that the work reaches women who would not otherwise be able to access it.

Our approach

A method called CAVEAT©.

Our work is built on a proprietary framework called CAVEAT©. It is the structure beneath every programme, every session, and every piece of coaching we deliver, and it is what allows our methodology to hold consistent across every practitioner who delivers it.

Six gaps that determine whether a career woman grows and accesses the opportunities she is reaching for. Most career advice addresses one or two. CAVEAT© addresses all six, in order.

  1. C

    Clarity

Knowing, with precision, who she is, what she does well, what season she is in, and what she actually wants from her career. Most stalled careers begin here, not in the work itself.

  2. A

    Ambition

Owning the size of what she is reaching for, without apology and without inflation. A clear-eyed account of where she is going and why it is worth the work to get there.

  3. V

    Visibility

Ensuring the right people see the right value at the right time. Good work done quietly is not the same as good work that is seen.

  4. E

    Execution

Doing the work that earns the next step, rather than the work that simply fills the day. The discipline of choosing the right things and finishing them well.

  5. A

    Advocacy

The sponsors, allies, and decision-makers willing to speak her name in rooms she is not in. This rarely happens by accident.

  6. T

    Trust

The institutional confidence placed in her judgement, her leadership, and her readiness for what comes next. Without it, every other gap she has closed cannot translate into opportunity.

How VSCo. began

Eighteen years in the room. This is what she saw.

Visible Strengths Co. was founded by Mary Mosope Adeyemi.

For eighteen years, Mary built a career inside corporate banking and finance, working across global institutions, including investment banks. She learned how those environments actually function. Not the version in the brochure, the real one. How decisions get made. How progression is awarded, and to whom. How a capable woman can do everything asked of her and still find herself overlooked.

She also saw what was missing. The women around her were not short on talent or effort. They were short on something far more fixable: a clear account of how the system works, and a strategy built for the environment they were really in. VSCo. was built to close that gap, and to close it at a scale no single coach could reach.

Mary continues to coach and facilitate within VSCo., alongside a growing team of practitioners. Beyond VSCo., she leads Christian in Corporate, a platform equipping Christian professionals in the workplace, and supports impact-led female founders to build organisations that last.

Where to begin

The clearest first step is to understand your starting point.

The Career Diagnostic shows a woman which pattern is shaping her career right now, and what to do about it. It takes around fifteen minutes.
