For organisations

The women you most want to keep are the women most likely to leave.

Visible Strengths Co. partners with companies, colleges, and community organisations to develop, advance, and retain the women in their care.

The business case

By the time it shows in your data, it has already cost you.

The women you have invested in do not always leave loudly. Often they simply stop putting their hand up, narrow their ambition to fit what feels available, or move to an organisation that read the situation before you did. By the time the resignation lands in your inbox, the decision was made months ago.

The harder cost is the one that does not appear on a spreadsheet. The leadership pipeline that thins at exactly the level where you need depth. The experienced women who are still at their desks but no longer reaching. The early career talent who watched a mentor leave and quietly recalibrated her own ambition downward.

This is rarely a problem of policy. Most organisations have the policies. It is a problem of equipping. The women in your early and mid-career population are navigating an environment that was not designed around them, and they are often doing it without a clear account of how progression actually works, where their strengths create most value, and how to make that value visible.

That gap is teachable. It is also, left alone, expensive.
What we deliver

Practical, methodology-led development. Not motivation, not theory.

Every VSCo. engagement is built on the CAVEAT framework: the six gaps that determine whether a woman grows and accesses the opportunities she is reaching for. We address all six, in formats designed to fit how your organisation actually works.

01

Career clarity and advancement

Workshops and cohort programmes that give women the strategy and positioning to move purposefully into their next career chapter. Ideal for early-career intake, mid-career inflection points, or women's network programming.

02

Leadership development

Targeted sessions on the leadership skills women most need to step up: executive presence, strategic visibility, sponsor cultivation, and decisive delivery under pressure.

03

Performance and visibility

The training your high performers need to convert excellent work into visible value. Promotable contribution, executive communication, and the case-making that earns the next role.

04

Power skills training

The interpersonal, communication, and self-management capabilities that distinguish women who progress from women who plateau. Built for intact teams or cross-cohort delivery.

Each format is available as a single session, a multi-week cohort, or a bespoke partnership designed around the outcomes you are trying to reach.

Who we partner with

Three kinds of organisations. One discipline of work.

The women VSCo. serves are not the same in every setting. A first-year analyst at an investment bank is not a final-year MBA student is not a thirty-five-year-old in transition at a community organisation. We meet each of them where they are, with work shaped to their context but built on the same methodology.

Companies

For corporate L&D, HR, and early career leaders.

We partner with companies investing seriously in the development, advancement, and retention of their women. Our work sits comfortably alongside your existing DEI, leadership development, and early career programming, often as the practical applied layer your policies need to actually convert.

Typical engagements include:

  • Early career cohort programming for women in years one to five.
  • Mid-career advancement workshops for high-potential women.
  • Women's network signature events and quarterly programming.
  • Leadership offsites and intact team development.
  • Promotion readiness and executive presence intensives.

Available in-house, hybrid, or as a fully managed cohort. We work in London, internationally where the engagement justifies it, and remotely where that is the right fit.

Colleges

For careers services, MBA programmes, and university women's networks.

We partner with universities, colleges, and MBA programmes preparing women to enter or re-enter corporate environments. The transition from education to corporate is one of the most under-equipped moments in a woman's career, and it is the moment most career advice misses entirely.

Typical engagements include:

  • Final-year career readiness for women preparing to enter corporate.
  • MBA cohort sessions on positioning, strategy, and executive presence.
  • Women in finance, women in tech, and women in business society programming.
  • Careers service partnerships on women-specific career development.
  • Keynotes and panel facilitation for university women's events.

Available as one-off sessions, semester-long modules, or careers service partnerships.

Community organisations

Churches, Charities and Community Organisations.

We partner with community organisations supporting women whose corporate careers do not stop when they leave the office. Faith communities, professional networks, and charities serving women in transition, return to work, or career pivot.

Typical engagements include:

  • Career clarity and advancement workshops for women's ministries and groups.
  • Conference keynotes and panel sessions on faith, work, and identity.
  • Return-to-work programming for women re-entering corporate after a break.
  • Retreats and intensives for professional women's networks.
  • Leadership development for ministry teams and community organisation staff.

Available as single sessions, weekend intensives, or ongoing programming.
