For community organisations

A speaker your members will still be quoting in a year.

VSCo. delivers talks, panels and career development workshops for community organisations, members clubs, and professional networks serving women whose corporate careers do not stop when they leave the office.

Group facilitation session
Why it matters

Your members are navigating corporate careers on their own.

The women in your networks are ambitious, capable, and often the only person in the room who looks like them. Outside of work they look to you — for community, for encouragement, and for the honest guidance their employers are not giving them.

A strong programme gives them more than inspiration. It gives them strategy: a working account of how progression actually works, where their strengths create most value, and how to make that value visible. That is the work VSCo. brings to your stage, your panel, and your workshop table.

Inspiration fades in a week. Strategy compounds for a career.
What we deliver

Talks, panels, and programming built on the CAVEAT framework.

Every session is built on the CAVEAT framework: the six gaps that determine whether a woman grows and accesses the opportunities she is reaching for. Delivered in formats that fit how your organisation gathers.

Typical engagements include:

  • Keynotes, talks and panel sessions for conferences, member events and away days.
  • Career clarity and advancement workshops for your members and networks.
  • Return-to-work programming for women re-entering corporate after a break.
  • Retreats and intensives for professional women's networks and members clubs.
  • Bespoke programming for charities and community organisations serving women in transition or career pivot.

Available as single sessions, weekend intensives, or ongoing programming.

The experience

What a session with VSCo. actually feels like.

No platitudes, no "lean in" slogans, and no hour of motivation that evaporates by Monday. Mary opens with the room, not at it — the questions your members are already asking each other in the group chat, said out loud with language that finally makes sense of them.

Every session is practical by design. Your members leave with a working model of how progression really happens, an honest read on where their own strengths create value, and one or two specific actions they can take in their role the following week. Panels are moderated with the same intent: real questions, considered answers, and no side-stepping the things women are told not to say at work.

And because the room is often full of women who are the only one who looks like them, every session makes space for the conversations their workplaces are not hosting — ambition, visibility, self-advocacy, and the seasons of a career that do not follow a straight line.
