The system around your women, and the skills within them.
VSCo. works with corporates across two strands: consulting and change management that makes the ecosystem more supportive of women's progression, and coaching and training that equips the women themselves to advance.

By the time it shows in your data, it has already cost you.
The women you have invested in do not always leave loudly. Often they simply stop putting their hand up, narrow their ambition to fit what feels available, or move to an organisation that read the situation before you did. By the time the resignation lands in your inbox, the decision was made months ago.
The harder cost is the one that does not appear on a spreadsheet. The leadership pipeline that thins at exactly the level where you need depth. The experienced women who are still at their desks but no longer reaching. The early career talent who watched a mentor leave and quietly recalibrated her own ambition downward.
This is rarely a problem of policy. Most organisations have the policies. It is a problem of equipping and of environment. The women in your early and mid-career population are navigating an environment that was not designed around them, and they are often doing it without a clear account of how progression actually works, where their strengths create most value, and how to make that value visible.
That gap is teachable. It is also, left alone, expensive.
Change the environment. Equip the women. Do both, and progression compounds.
Training brilliant women into an unchanged environment wastes the investment. Change the environment without equipping the women and the pipeline still stalls. Our corporate work is built to address both sides of that equation.
Practical, methodology-led development. Not motivation, not theory.
Every VSCo. training engagement is built on the CAVEAT framework: the six gaps that determine whether a woman grows and accesses the opportunities she is reaching for. We address all six, in formats designed to fit how your organisation actually works.
01
Career clarity and advancement
Workshops and cohort programmes that give women the strategy and positioning to move purposefully into their next career chapter. Ideal for early-career intake, mid-career inflection points, or women's network programming.
02
Leadership development
Targeted sessions on the leadership skills women most need to step up: executive presence, strategic visibility, sponsor cultivation, and decisive delivery under pressure.
03
Performance and visibility
The training your high performers need to convert excellent work into visible value. Promotable contribution, executive communication, and the case-making that earns the next role.
04
Power skills training
The interpersonal, communication, and self-management capabilities that distinguish women who progress from women who plateau. Built for intact teams or cross-cohort delivery.
Each format is available as a single session, a multi-week cohort, or a bespoke partnership designed around the outcomes you are trying to reach.
Grief to Growth — bereavement and loss provision for your people.
Loss walks into work with your people, and most organisations have no language for it. Grief to Growth is our dedicated bereavement and loss provision, built on the Edu-Therapy™ resolution method — a structured, evidence-informed approach that helps employees process unresolved loss rather than quietly carry it.
For corporate clients it is delivered in three ways: practical manager training on what to say (and what to avoid) when someone on the team is grieving; facilitated team sessions for teams navigating loss together; and one-to-one resolution coaching for individual employees — including a dedicated return-to-work pathway after extended absence or bereavement leave.
It sits alongside your existing wellbeing and employee-relations provision as the specialist layer: the structured support that keeps experienced people in work, engaged, and moving forward after the hardest seasons of their lives.
Change management for an ecosystem that supports women's progression.
Most organisations do not lack intent; they lack an environment that converts it. Our consulting work examines how progression actually happens in your organisation — the sponsorship, the visibility, the unwritten rules — and manages the change required so that the women you develop can actually rise.
Typical engagements include:
- Progression-environment diagnostics: where in your pipeline women stall, and why.
- Policy-to-practice reviews: turning what is written into what actually happens day to day.
- Change management for inclusion and advancement initiatives, so the ecosystem converts development into progression.
- Working alongside L&D, HR, and DEI teams to design the conditions that keep the women you develop.
Delivered as a focused diagnostic, a defined change programme, or an ongoing advisory partnership with your L&D, HR, or DEI function.

"The session was a highlight of the programme. Mary's energy, presence, and ability to connect helped participants tap into their strengths and show up with confidence."

Every VSCo. partnership begins with a conversation about the women you are trying to develop, the outcomes you are trying to reach, and the constraints you are working within. We will respond within two working days with a proposed next step.
