I know this because once upon a time, I was where you are now
I started my career at the height of the financial crisis of 2008. l have always been a high achiever in school with a strong history of success, but after I got into the workplace, I was hit with a different reality. Although I was doing "good" work, I wasn't seeing the rewards of my effort in my career advancement and pay.
It felt like I had missed the Workplace 101 class.
I was very uncertain and unclear about my career direction and struggled to navigate the corporate landscape, identify the right opportunities for my growth, and stand out even among those who were less competent. I felt overlooked, and undervalued.
I knew I was making mistakes and failing to follow the overt and covert rules of workplace engagement. But. I didn't have the playbook! No one showed me the ropes.
Eventually, my confidence dimmed and turned into frustration, then disengagement. I started to believe that people like me could not be successful in corporate.

Our weekly coaching calls are held in the week evening which typically suits most schedules. Additionally, all calls are recorded for you to catch up on if you are unable to attend a session. Also, your 1:1 catalyst consultation session can be scheduled at a time that suits you.
How long do I get access for?
You will have 12 weeks of access to the coaching calls and 6 months of access to the program materials and session recordings. Nevertheless, once an MVP, always an MVP. When your program is complete, we will provide you with details of how you can continue your experiences with us.
